Sarsen Stud are breeders of Mini Lops and Mini Rexes in Devizes, the heart of Wiltshire. A proud member of the British Rabbit Council, our rabbits are very much our pets and a part of our family. Although it is 'mum' who does the majority of the work with the rabbits, the whole family joins in and we all love the experience of breeding these amazing animals.
We are currently concentrating on producing lines within Chocolate, Chocolate Orange and Chinchilla Mini Lops and we're working on Chocolates within the Mini Rexes.
Our rabbits live indoors, the garage having been converted to hold our pets. This means that they are warm and dry all year round. Fresh air and natural light is available to them daily. They also spend a lot of time out in their runs. All of them love the good weather and a few are even happy to play outside in terrible weather!
I feed my own mix of pellets, ready grass, fresh fruit and veg and occasionally Weetabix. Although they do have treats, I am much happier giving them treats such as apple and celery.
Please feel free to contact Sarsen Stud at any time for whichever reason, we will always try to respond as soon as possible. Browse through our pages introducing our beautiful rabbits and do take a look at the pages letting you know if there are any babies in the nest coming up or if there are any rabbits ready for sale.
None of our rabbits will be sold under 8 weeks of age. A week's worth of changeover food is provided as standard. Depending on the rabbit you will receive either an adoption or birth certificate. All of our rabbits leave here very much socialised due to our large family and numerous pets.
